UX CAKE Podcast
This particular podcast is currently one of my favorites. This episode discusses the need for designers to participate in the democratization of research.
There are more opportunities to discover what users actually need when designers are given the freedom to conduct research. It is possible to create a picture with better results if you have both researchers with degrees that focus on that, and designers who focus on emphasizing user needs.
UI Narrative
A person of color in this world created the podcast UI narrative. I can identify with many of the experiences and viewpoints because I'm Latino. In this instance, they discuss the organizational framework for managing design and the competencies required to effectively interact with team members.
Book Recs
This book is very fascinating because it primarily exemplifies the business strategy that underlies the need for users when developing an app. It is also very inspirational because it exemplifies how the vision of a product should be led in order to be successful.
