This podcast is definitely one of my favorites right now. This episode talks about Democratization in the Research world and the importance of having designers be part of it.
When allowing designers to do research there are more opportunities to find what users really need. Having both, people that have degrees that specify in conducting research and designers that specify in being emphatic with user needs can paint a picture with better outcomes

UI narrative is a podcast that is created by a person of color in this world. As a latino I relate to many of the experiences and perspectives. On this instance they talk about the structure in which design should be managed and the skills that are needed in order to be able to communicate with team members
Book Recs
This book is very interesting as it showcases mostly the business strategy behind user needs when creating an app.
It is also extremely inspirational as it illustrates the way in which a products vision should be leaded in order to be successful.
